Who I am is a growing evolution of thoughts and contradictions that usually change and shift depending on the weather. I blame that on being a Cancer (the zodiac. not the disease, depending on who you ask).

My name is Amanda. I am a snarky 28 year old. I live in Dallas, Texas.

I once saw a musician and said, “I’m totally gonna marry that guy” after watching him play, live. 4 months later I met him. 2 years after that, I married him. True story.

I have 3 beautiful girls who are my whole wide world: Trin or “mini monster” is my oldest, 12 going on 21 year old. Charlee and Lola, “the monster twins” are the latest additions to my brood. At under a year, they completely rule my life right now. Luckily they’re all cute as hell. What I don’t get in sleep, I make up for in pictures.

Babywearing, organic food loving, co-sleeping, cloth diapering, breastfeeding, tree hugging hippy: I tend to lean on this side of granola.

By day, I’m an online marketing/graphic design geek. By night, I am The Most Interesting Mom in the World.

I curse a great deal. I figure as a law abiding, tax paying adult, I’ve earned the right to drop an F-bomb every now and again. Yes, I realize it’s not very ladylike. No, that doesn’t really stop me.

I have a few choice tattoos. I love them all. I giggle at the word “package” and when my kids fart. I dance… a lot.

I love learning new things. Growing as a person. Meeting new people. Discovering new music and playing it to death.

I like taking photos. I like journaling. I like being creative. Getting my hands dirty. Swimming. Writing. My cats. I like liking stuff.

I love  my family, Star Wars, cheese, collections, my iphone, toys, the color pink, drawing shit, shoes, Battlestar Galactica, dancing when everyone is watching, and pretty much all things related to expression.

I’m a huge mess of a woman but I think that’s what makes me half interesting.

This here is my virtual soap box, my creative outlet, my memory keeper and occasionally where I make a whole heap of sense, to no one.

I’ve been avidly entertaining my own ego blogging since 2003 and have zero intentions of shutting up anytime soon.
